Tri Club of San Diego Kids' Program
Parents are welcome to have your child age 5-14 to join our Youth Program - TCSD Kids! Membership is available for $45 for the year by selecting 'Junior' for Membership Type on the Join/Renew Membership page. Prior to signing your child up for TCSD Kids, it’s important that you review the program’s Standards so you can be sure that it is a good fit for your child.
The objective of TCSD Kids is to offer a developmental youth program that supports the Mission Statement of TCSD: “To serve triathletes of all abilities by providing support, education and events to encourage and promote triathlon as a sport and a healthy lifestyle, and to encourage contact with other athletes and the triathlon community as a whole.”
Monthly swimming, cycling or running workouts will focus on learning proper technique and skills in each of the three disciplines of triathlon, developing healthy exercise habits and having fun in a safe and supportive environment. TCSD Kids will also offer special events to compliment these disciplines, reinforce skills or just have fun!
Benefits of Participation:
- Build confidence and self-esteem in a fun and safe multisport environment
- Fun, safe and positive early experience in multisport
